Does 1and1's 2.99 hosting plan have ads on the page?

I've seen how people love 1and1 so im going to get it; if it doesn't have ads. I really do not want a website with ads on it because i usually skip sites that have a ton of ads on it.

I don't like 1and1, but I think even the $1.99 or whatever package doesn't have ads. All I know is I'm trying to build a site for someone and it won't let me upload files.

As far as I can tell they do not have ads.
