What is the molar mass of diazepam (Valium®) if 0.05570 mol weighs 15.86 g?

I'm stuck on this and have no clue how to start. Much help would be appreciated.

Thanks sillyturtledad, what I was doing was 0.05570 mol / 15.86 g instead 15.86 g / 0.05570 mol. I just had it backwards.

I don't have a calculator handy, but I can tell you how to set things up. The main thing is to realize that the units for molar mass is grams per mole of substance, or g/mol
now, you have the grams. you have the # of moles. Simply divide 15.86 g by 0.05570 moles. That will give you the answer and a unit of g/mol

Set up a simple ratio

1 mol is to "X" grams as 0.05570 mol is to 15.86 grams
