Yes, according to the CSI offical website. It reads: In Part-Two of this episode, a member of the CSI team is pronounced dead.

I watched an interview with Adam Rodriguez (Eric) and David Caruso (H) and Julie Chen on CBS This Morning. They didn't say anything about him leaving the show and sounded like he will continue to be a part of CSI Miami.

Oh, GREAT...

First Rory Cochrane(who played Miami-Dade PD detective Tim "Speed" Speedle in the first two seasons[Rory wanted off the show because "Speed" wasn't being used enough, therefore CBS instituted a "no-acting clause, therefore he was BANNED from doing ANYTHING until 2008!]), now Adam Rodriguez(Det.Eric Delko)???...

Who's next?...I'd HATE to see that happen!

He got shot twice, once in the head! Kinda hard to survive that! But it is TV after all, so you never know. I did read somewhere that Adam Rodriguez (Eric) is moving to Toronto, so maybe he really is leaving the show.
