I'll assume you are driving from the city.

Fuel: Don't fill up your tank until you get to New Jersey. Save .30 cents a gallon by waiting until you cross the Hudson. So $2.20 x as many gallons as you need to complete 90 mile trip and then back and maybe a few miles driving when you are in Philly. Call it 225 miles as a close estimate. Assuming you get 25 miles to the Gallon, that's 9 Gallons of gas and will cost you $20. Call it $25 to be safe.

Tolls: Round trip including NJ Turnpike and Ben Franklin Bridge, plus getting back into the city on your way home: Approx $25. $8 more if you are from Queens, Brooklyn or Long Island.

Let's say $50-$60 total gas and tolls Round Trip.

Drive safely.

That highly depends on the vehicle you are driving and the mileage it gets.
