Are the symptoms of being pregnant with the IUD different from being pregnant with out one?

I got pregnant with that IUD in November. My doctor thinks that because it was time to change it at my yearly checkup last month, the hormones got too low, allowing me to get pregnant. The symptoms for me were the same. I was two days late with my period, and I'm usually like clockwork, so that's how I knew to take a test. My doctor said that its not good to leave the IUD in while pregnant because it could lead to prematurity and birth defects because of the continued amount of hormones being put into the uterus, but there is a 25% chance of miscarriage if it's removed. As long as the doctor removes it quickly after confirming pregnancy, there should be no problems with birth defects.

yes and the symptoms were the same i am pregnant now because of that with my fifth child good luck
