Can you make a message board/forum using a GoDaddy.com domain service?

GoDaddy have hosting plans, and they includes MySQL, so yes, you can setup your forum on their hosting.

godaddy.com is domain service and that site address is already taken, you can make a free service like http://www.freewebs.com/godaddy.com or something
