Well this can mean two things either he likes you and hes concerned or hes just a concerned friend....dont look to much into it just yet wait it out for another clue

I guess it means that he likes you enough to care for you like that. Like him telling you to be careful and all that is very caring of him. So, yeah, I guess. But him liking-liking you? I don't know, maybe.
