Pretty typical behavior amongst adolescent boys and teenagers. It's not gay to see another guys penis (I'm sure you have already if you have showers in the boys locker room). It's a form of experimentation, but your friend might also be testing boundaries and seeing if you're interested at all in him as more then friends.

Of course not. Even if the measurement leads on to other pleasurable activities it isn't "gay" to do so. You are just exploring the normal possibilities of human sexuality. Go with it.

No, guys shower together in the locker room all the time. Face it, we're all born without clothes. People need to get over nudity then situations like the one you were put into wouldn't be such a big deal.

If that is true every male in America is gay.Most everyone of us has changed at the gym,or pool.
Also I left out the nudist since we go nude most of the time at the clubs and parks.

No, not at all -- boys do it all the time -- more in more psychologically healthy countries, less in less psychologically healthy countries, but they do it all the time.
