yes, as long as you give them the plain kind, and only a little, tiny bit. Like once in their life won't kill them. But I wouldn't recommend it, they should have fresh veg. and Timothy hay for treats, with a constant supply of g.p. pellets and fresh water.

Guinea pigs need roughage first. That in a form of hay or alfalfa pellets. Feeding any animal refined flour products might cause indigestion problems. Even graham crackers are not good for humans. Give guinea pigs a treat would be fruits and vegetables but small amounts in their diet. Seeds or nuts are another treat only.

Yes, they can. But, some would rather starve than eat a bowl of plain alfalfa pellets. It's ideal to feed them a rabbit or guinea pig mix.

No, they should not eat wheat products. Guinea pigs are foragers who are supposed to have a diet high in fiber and low in carbs. They are not designed to digest the carbs found in wheat.

Aw? You got a guinea? Cute!
But anyway, I'm assuming since they're vegans, in crackers or fiber will do like pasta bits...good luck! ;-)
