They should create a new agency. The Bureau of Homosexual Affairs, just like we have an agency to regulate the lives of Indians. Which by the way, seems to have worked out soooooooo great for the Indians.

No agency should "be in charge" of gay marriage, whatever that means. Marriage is marriage and all should be handled the same way-there is no difference.

None, I'm against gay marriage.

I'm open to civil unions though.

I just feel that marriage is a Holy union and that the Bible says being gay is a sin.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging. We all have sins that we live with, I just feel that entering a Holy union in sin is like throwing it in God's face everyday. It'd be like me sinning by commiting adultery and expecting people to accept it.

Why can't you just do your thing and quit trying to shove your alternative lifestyle in everyone's face? Get a (real) life, and quit trying to destroy the institution of marriage. If you want to make a life with your partner, just do it without making such a bitchy big deal out if it.

I guess the country clerk's office. That is where one usually goes to purchase a license. So, if you're asking who should handle this when/ if it ever allowed, then that would be my answer.
