I believe that worry, stress and old age have given me anxiety-depression disorder. Having this condition has made me follow the guidelines set forth in The Serenity Prayer very closely. Now, I choose carefully what to worry about and I don't worry about those things over which I have no control. I have become very aggressive about changing things that I know are just wrong... if I know I have a chance of making a difference.

Worry does nothing for me. What it does to me is make me a nervous wreak and sick! So I try real hard to let worries go. I also realized that what we worry about today, seems irrelevant later on. I believe in the bible it says will worry add 30 seconds to your life? Of course not, but it will take way more off our lives. Have a wonderful worry free new day!
Ciao

When I worry, I don't seem to act sensible & consciously. The worse is when I overreacting on the things that is not as bad as I thought.
