First, that requires a real man. Not a bully, not a jerk, and not a guy that doesn't participate in all aspects of the family relationship. Some women work men and make them think they are in charge, so she can get what ever she might want. A true gentleman, good father, good person deserves the respect you are referring to and I would do that in a heartbeat under those guidelines. But my answer is NO Freaking way. You cannot be the man of the relationship in my eyes unless you are a true gentleman....which most importantly means putting others comfort before your own and adoring your children, biological and otherwise. PERIOD.

I tend to bite my tongue and let things go unless we are discussing something very important, then I will argue a bit and try to come to some kind of an agreement.

no. i dont like to be wrong. both my boy and me are the most stubborn people ever. our arguments often end in 'ill stop arguing if you do'
