If you do it once in a while or it happens naturally you are probably okay but if you force it to crack or pop this overtime can lead to a hypermobility meaning too much movement. This can be troublesome when occurring in the big toe because of how much this toe is involved in the propulsion phase of gait (when you push off and go forward). If you lose stability by having too much motion that this can cause problems.

I'm constantly cracking my toes and fingers and nothing has come across me. The only thing that could be bad to crack is your ears. Cracking your ears brakes cartilage and causes your ears to come forward a bit.

I have heard the same thing as your Mom. But I have been told that when you get older is when the arthritis sets in. I tell my son all the time not to crack his fingers because of it. Good Luck

she might be right cause when you crack ur toe or ur nuckles it is not the bone that is cracking, it's the joints rubbing against the liquid in the toe or the finger.

I crack my toes all the time and it's not bad for you it just means you're poping the airbubbles inside.

No, cracking your toe will do nothing. It is NOT harmful in anyway.
