I recently came across a chocolate fountain the chappy running it says it cost $3500 Australian and he makes $650 per time it is used . It was at a Wedding the chocolate is melted and a scew pushes it up to the top and it then flows out into the circular bowl below it looks not unlike a chocolate wedding cake when going The bits of fruit marsh mellows liquorice and ginger are put on a skewer then put into the chocolate flow it was popular requireslittle in the way of chocolate and a car can transport it would be a good business as it rquires little outlay and is tied into the reception centres by their own clients .Word of mouth and local papers Wedding section for advertising.
