The UN is a sham, they are incapable of doing anything productive.

I look at it this way...The United Nations did not vote in favor of the invasion of Iraq but President Bush invaded anyways. Seems to me they are pretty much worthless. Okay maybe worthless is a bit harsh but in my opinion NO.

Nope. Not unless they decide not to suck at everything they do. The UN is a waste of time, a waste of valuable property in New York, and a waste of money.

Then maybe people won't laugh at the mention of their name

... They could if they really wanted to.. and if the big countries would stop bullying them.. like the USA... for instance.
