I hope someone can help me. I purchased one of these new MP4 players off EBAY. The only problem is my Windows XP does not pick up the device when I plug it into my USB.

Any clues on how to fix this?

Not sure how to check if the "drive" is installed. I checked under My Computer and the MP3 player is not listed as an external drive.

I have used plug and play devices before my computer is only about a year old.

Update: It works on some computers at work, the USB drive picks it up and I can see it, however on my home computer it will not pick it up. Is there a way to update my USB drivers on my computer at home?

Hi...Try to clik on "My Computer" and find an external drive...click on the drive displayed, and you should see the files on your MP4 player. Good Luck. PS.. you may has a low speed USB port...check that.

i purchased one for my forgetful 9 year previous niece and he or she loves it. She has mastered recording bratz off the television onto it. it truly is the first ingredient she has saved song of yet i'd continually favor the actual ingredient.
