Not sure how to bribe police in Detroit, but in Southern Africa, I bribed a policeman like this....
Ask how much the fine or fee is and tell them you only have (and come up with a reasonable amount) $75.00 or whatever you have as value to give them to 'wipe your slate clean.' They will either take it or leave it. In this case, they took a few US dollars and a crappy MP3 player as a get-out-jail card for speeding or some ridiculous so called traffic violation.

Offer them pizza. Someone spotted the police inside the station in Midtown sitting around eating pizza while that's the worst part of town for car thefts. Really, you dont have to brbie them. If you didn't do anything seriously like a murder, then you're pretty much good

im gonna say you probably shouldnt bribe the police cuz then you will go to jail for bribery not for whatever you did. and also it will be alot worse. but if you really want to try it try doughnuts and coffee
