Yes but only if you get caught.I have used it for years but I do not download 24 hours a day.

technically... yes, it does break piracy laws although there is a "disclaimer" that pops up when you download a file-share that states that Limewire could not validate the authenticity of said file (or something along those lines)

yes they are.. It used to be they only got mad if you shared files

now i know for sure they are arresting people even for downloading

i use it everyday. i dont think it is if you dont share your files...if you SAVE them i dont think it is.
