im looking for advice what do wear this wed. im the one who assign to read the scripture reading in our wed. service at the church.im the newbie there and when i looked at the member there are too formal attire

Appropriate for church where everyone seems to be dressing fancy is a suit and tie.
If you don't have that, get as close as you can. Slacks, coat and tie...khakis, shirt and tie. Khakis, shirt, sweater and tie.
For sure wear a tie.
This is obviously a situation (participating in the service, in the spotlight etc) that you want to dress well and make a good impression as the new guy. But in the future, wear whatever feels comfortable to you for church. The important thing in appearance at church is modest, clean, and neat. This shows respect. Modest so you don't offend anyone, clean so you don't stink the place up, neat so you don't look like you just rolled out of bed or came as an afterthought at the last minute. All these things would detract from the service for the people around you.
As far as God? I don't think he cares much. He just will be glad that you are there.

If you went on Sunday morning and they were dressed up, that's normal, call the pastor and ask.Really how ever you were dressed will probably work...Blessings .
