I have tried to join the chat here and they just do not allow me, I donwload the freakin software and it says that it has expired, Do you think this software is safe and can someone tell me why I need this software?

If you want to chat stick with AOL, Yahoo!, Google or ICQ, in this order. I would avoid others. Their revenue stream is likely going to cost you grief.

No, it is definately not safe. I would be VERY cautious downloading something from China. You cant even read it to know what you are downloading! Do something else...anything else.
