Why some people stupid enough have sex when they're 14, 13, even TWELVE? Sickens me...then again, media pressure...

Do you want to know the purpose of sex? It is to reproduce, it is not for fun, or pleasure, but to produce offspring to continue the existance of the human race. Over the course of evolution, our bodies were modified so that it was "fun" and "pleasurable", so that we were more likely to reproduce and continue the existance of our species.

Believe it or not, its only very recently when having sex at 12-14 has become.... shall we say "bad"?
100 years ago the average person lived to the ripe old age of 40. That meant that if you wanted to have any kind of life, you started young. You went to work at age 10-14, once you had a career you got yourself a wife, someone in the 12-16 range so that you could have lots of kids to take care of you in your old age (over 30).
It is only recently when we don't HAVE to establish a family at a young age that having sex at a young age has become bad. The wickedly mean part of the equation is that the human body is programmed so that in times of famine and disease a woman's body will not start to develop until later in life, decreasing the population and therefore the load on the meager resources available to the population. However during times of plenty, the females ability to procreate will start at a much younger age, allowing the human race to grow quickly.
So now, thanks to our science and medicine, we live to be 2-3 times as old as we once did, while our females are ready willing and able 2-5 years earlier then ever.
So that's why, why, why....

I don't know but I totally agree with you. I'm only 14 myself, but I think I should wait until I'm at least in a serious relationship and I would definitely use birth control. If you really want sexual pleasure, then m@sturb@te or something. But I doubt any teens realize how hard raising a baby actually is until they have one. And then it's too late.

makes me sick too....they want to be treated like grown ups, but that isnt the way to go about it. Then they get pregnant and ask stupid immature common sense questions on yahoo answers

it is sad. but it is fun and it feels good thats why kids do it. im 29 and i heard how good it felt all during my teens. peer presure .

i blame the parents. parents need to have more control in what their kids do. when they don't this is what happens.
