I need to learn how to make my toe touch & herkies higher...do u guys have any tips 4 me?

Make sure that your prepping is strong and powerful. Whip those arms around fast girl! Try and have your legs kick up to your fingers. Don't reach for your legs. That's for toe touches. As for herkies, what I do (it's cheating a little bit but it works!) is i try and do a kick in the air, but i bring the second leg up to where it should be. As long as that front leg is high the crowd won't know the difference...just make sure your back leg is bent not straight...because that just looks dumb.

Try stretching every day examples splits and touching you toes while standing up. Or you can go to a tumbling gym and use the trampoline and work on your jumps or if you have a trampoline at hoe use that one. Good luck.

practce by doing sit ups they help train your muscles and it will be easier to bend.(it works for me.)
