Atticus is a great role model. Atticus is one of the only people in the town who doesn't care about what race a person is. he represents tom because he believes tom should be given a fair trial. Atticus is also raising his kids so that they believe in equality too. To most people that is unheard of. Also when Mr. Cunningham spit and called Atticus names he didn't get upset, he just wiped off his face and walked away. Atticus is a great father and is very admirable.

atticus wasnt my fav character in da novel but he had a good character as he looked at ppl's heart rather than their race color. He defended Tom as much as he cud. He was a good father, playing role of mom too. He played a vital role in da society. He was logical and smart.
