What is the normal penis size for a teenage boy?
The average penis size of an adult man is around five inches. Because everyone matures at a different rate, it is very difficult to determine the normal size for teenagers.
Boys usually begin puberty by their early teens, and can continue to grow into their early twenties. Growth and sexual development usually follow a predictable pattern: first the testicles enlarge and the skin on the scrotum darkens, then the penis grows in length and finally it grows in thickness. During this process pubic hair, which starts fine and straight, thickens, coarsens and spreads. The height spurt typically peaks during the middle part of puberty. Secondary sexual characteristics such as deepening of the voice and the growth of facial hair and an increase in muscle mass usually occur during the later stages of puberty. Thus, you would expect an adult size penis if these other signs of physical maturity are present. If all these usual signs of maturation are not yet present, it probably has more growing to do.

What is the normal size of a penis? Is my penis big enough?
This is not entirely on topic. As far as a.s.m. goes, if you can masturbate, your penis is big enough.
For some reason we never get questions from guys like "Are my feet big enough?" It would be a silly question. If your feet get you around and they are neither too big or too small for you to get shoes, foot size just is not a big issue. And this really ought to be the same for penis size.
Most of the studies that have relied on actual measurements, instead of just what guys claim, find the average length of an erect male penis (measured along the top) to be 5 to 7 inches (about 13 to 18 cm). Surveys which only ask men to say how big their penises are usually get averages about 2 inches (5 cm) longer. Or in other words, guys lie about it. Some of them aren't lying, but simply overestimate themselves, and pretty much same thing occurs when you ask males how tall they are and compare that to actual measurements.
What is wrong with these surveys is that they tend to create the impression that there is one measurement of the size of a man's erect penis. But the truth is that even a fully erect penis will change in size according to the degree of sexual stimulation or arousal.

Q. What is the average penis size? I have seen in XXX movies that the men have extra long penises. So I want to know what is the normal size of the penis and what would be considered as abnormal.
Morphius
A. This has to be one of the most frequently asked questions. Because a man's genitals are clearly visible when naked, most men are concerned about whether or not they measure up. Contrary to popular myth, penis size has nothing to do with sexual ability or virility. But with that said, many studies conducted by the Kinsey Institute have determined that the average size of an erect penis of men living in the U.S. is between 5 and 7 inches long. The average girth (thickness) was between 4 and 6 inches around. Other studies have concluded that the average size of a flaccid penis is between 2 1/2 inches to 4 inches long. If you'd like to find out exactly how long your erect penis is, measure the distance from the tip of the glans (the head) to the base (where the penis meets the body).
Popular myth also suggests that you can get an idea of a man's penis size by his shoe size. In a study conducted by two British Urologists, the penile length of 104 men were measured in an attempt to relate to their shoe size. They found that there was no significant correlation between the two. This study appears in the October issue of British Journal of Urology International.
However, a group of Greek researchers claim to have found a link between the length of a man's penis to his index finger. They came to this conclusion by measuring various aspects of the aspects of the genitalia of 52 healthy men under 40 and matched those measurements to other characteristics of the men, including their age, height, weight, body mass index, waist/hip ratio, and index finger length. The only measurements that showed some relation, was the length of the penis and the length of the inded finger. The longer the length of of the index finger, the longer the penis appeared to be. This research can be found in the October issue of the journal of Urology.
Here's a few thoughts to keep in mind when worrying about what is the average penis size:
Masters and Johnson have also concluded that one reason men think they have a small penis is because when they look down, they see a foreshortened view. To see the actual length of your penis, you may want to try looking at their profiles in a mirror. That will give you a better idea of what your penis looks like to others.
As stated earlier, penis size has nothing to do with sexual ability or virility. It's like that old saying, "It's not the size, but how you use it." Finding out what your partner likes and how she wants to be pleasured, makes you a good lover.
Also keep in mind that a monstrous penis is not always attractive and exciting to women. If it's too big, it's scary. Just like there's slight differences in the average penis length, there's also slight differences in depth of vaginas. If you have a really long penis, your female lover may not be able to take all that in. So if you're not a full 7 inches, don't panic. In this case, smaller can be better.
Most men's penises fall within the average penis size, so you really don't have anything to worry about. The most important thing is not how big your penis is, but how attentive you are to a partner during lovemaking. It's about the other aspects sex...foreplay, oral sex and seduction. What is the normal size of a penis for my age?
This used to be the #1 most frequently asked question at Cool Nurse. A reader sent in some answers. I thought this was worth putting on the site, but I do not know where he got it from. It might be from an Internet survey and may not be that accurate.
These statistics are not clinical measurements, they are the average results of people who answered an Internet poll. If you know you are a late maturer, then the results for your age group will be meaningless -- you need to look at a younger age group. Don't be too concerned if you fall well outside the measurements for your age group. The penis is an organ that varies a lot from male to male - there is no “right” or “wrong” when it comes to penis size.
Measured along the top, how long is your erect penis?
By age, the averages found were:
Age Size
12 4.1" (104 mm)
13 5.1" (130 mm)
14 6.0" (152 mm)
15 6.1" (155 mm)
16 6.3" (160 mm)
17 6.5" (165 mm)
18 6.4" (163 mm)
19 6.2" (157 mm)
20 6.2" (157 mm)
Conclusions:
The average adult penis size is about 6.2 inches or (157mm). It is interesting that in this study, penis size 'peaks' at age 17. Since penises do not get smaller as a male approaches age 21, it can be concluded that boys aged 16, 17, and 18 are most likely to exaggerate the size of their penises. Just a guess. (Several physicians suggested that the average penis size was about 6 inches, but they weren't measuring.) So, an average of 6.2 seems incorrect and maybe guys taking the survey exaggerated.
By ethnicity (age 15 and over only):
Race Size
Black 6.89" (175 mm)
Asian 5.33" (135 mm)
Caucasian 6.22" (158 mm)
Hispanic 6.15" (156 mm)
Native American 5.66" (144 mm)

Measurement of average penis size in research
The results from three studies of penis size where the measurements were taken in a laboratory setting give the following ranges:
Average penis length (flaccid/not erect): from 3.4 inches to 3.7 inches (8.6 cm to 9.3 cm)
Average penis length (erect): from 5.1 inches to 5.7 inches (12.9 cm to 14.5 cm)
Average penis girth (circumference when erect): from 3.5 inches to 3.9 inches (8.8 cm to 10 cm)
These numbers are obviously very different from the sizes we hear (and see) in adult movies, and even the kinds of numbers you read on line. Why such a difference?
Many, possibly most, statistics you read are not from legitimate research, but from marketing companies who want you to feel bad about your penis size (so you’ll buy their product).
