I have decorated my Desk with a couple of fuzzy toys, an owl and a kangaroo, gifts I received from some friends. I sometimes get stares from strangers who pass by my desk. Is there anything unusual for a "regular" guy to have things like these on his desk?

What kind of company is this? That doesn't sound very professional.

Can you move these to a less conspicuous space so that anyone just passing by wouldn't see them first. What kind of impression are you wanting to make?

Toys are cool. But I was always worried that people would snitch 'em at work.
If you like them and they make you happy to look at, keep them. Who cares what other people think?
