I have an LG VX 8300 cell phone. I recently purchased a Micro SD card for the phone as well as an adapter to work with my PC via the USB. I am able to take pictures from my phone and put them on to the computer. I cannot, however, transfer music from the computer to be played on the music player, nor pictures. Can anyone provide some insight on how to? Thank you

Look around on your phone, there should be a setting in which you can format your card. If so, backup all your files, and format it. After that, it should make separate folders for photos and music. If not, make sure your files are in MP3 format, not WMA. Try that, and see if you can play them. If so, there you go! I have a friend that transferred songs onto her LG VX 8300, and she jams out every day. I haven't asked her how she did it, but I believe she formatted it and put MP3 files on only.

You can't transfer song or picture straight to your cell phone. Look in to your phone box there should be a soft ware CD, first install that soft ware to your computer it will create a music folder and picture folder. after that copy all files to that folder then you able to copy to your cell phone. I did it that way and it work good.
