Can You get pregnant a couple of days before you are supposed to get your period??

Im supposed to get my period on a sunday,which with a lot of girls it doesnt come till Monday, Normally i get it today and i havent. I had sex on Sunday. Does that mean anything??

It's POSSIBLE that you could be pregnant but very unlikely.

Just wait until you are supposed to get your period and if you still don't get it, take a pregnancy test.

You are probably ok, but next time make sure you use contraception.

well there is always a possibility of getting pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex. the fact that you are a day late may not mean anything as maybe you are just off by a few days which is very normal and happens to a lot of girls. All you can do is wait it out and if you still dont get it in a week take a test. be more careful next time so you dont have to worry about these things!

You can get pregnant anytime during your cycle, it just depends on when you ovulate. When you say you had sex on Sunday...do you mean today? If you had sex today you would not be pregnant, and would still get your period. It takes a couple of days for the sperm to meet the egg. The only thing you can do is wait it out, if you are more than 5 days late, take a preg test and make an appointment with your doctor.

I am sending you(above) some good sites that address possible causes for a missed or very late period …but a few days ..hey do not stress.
But it is true you can get pregnant jsut befoer yoru period ..In fact in rare cases you can even get pregnant as your period is starting but not while on your period is really kicked in. Ad you are correct when you write that those who are pregnant often miss or have a late period ..still having a period that misses by a few days is not unusual and it is certainly should not be looked at as THE sign of pregnancy! No need to panic ..well not unless you are also experiencing other signs such as ..erect ..very sensitive and swollen nipples …this to can be a sign of pregnancy …so your period is not your only sign ..and it is not possible to determine if you are pregnant yet if you JUST had sex a couple of days ago. It takes a little time to get a really reliable test reading …generally a week is best. But pregnant or not ..Pleeeease do not panic. Ok?
As for having a baby ..wow that is really is a wonderful thing. And if you really are pregnant then let me be among the first to congratulate you …and urge you to tell your bf and see if he will l do the honorable thing and marry you. By the way sexually active and contraceptives are a must. They should be as married as MAN and WIFE. And speaking of marriage ..did you know that while sexually transmitted diseases are common among those who are not married ..they are rare among those who are. I include within STD…AIDS. Because this is not just a problem in Africa or among the homosexual community… it is more and more an issue with those who do not practice abstinence until in a committed relationship …preferably a marriage. So be safe….and if you want to be mature and keep an optimistic attitude in life then …use good judgment with regard to YOUR body. No one owns your body but you. Right?

Wait a week and if your period hasn't started, take a test. Until then, try not to worry about it- stress can delay things.
