when my alarm goes off i sometimes dont feel like getting up. what do i do? then later in the day i feel bad because i dont put on makeup. do you guys have a good way of makeing me get up in the mornings to put it on?

Put your alarm on the other side of the room so that you have to get up to turn it off. If need be, set another alarm for 10 minutes later - farther away than the first.

Just maybe thinking about your make up may get you up. I play some music for my alarm. I think taking a shower in the morning can really wake you up. Also, thinking about what exciting things you will do that day energize you. Everyone is different, but one thing is for sure, going to bed early is very effective for waking up. Try different things and ask parents and friends for tips.

You have to want to get up in order to do so. I personally dread having to get up early to face my colder house in the winter time.
You have to give yourself motivation.

You can try setting your alarm to a nice song or radio station rather than waking up to the droning sound of an alarm. You can also set your alarm a bit earlier so you have some time to actually wake up and think about your day while lying snug in bed.

When you're thinking of your day, think about what you're wanting to accomplish and doing something a bit different and/or fun that you want to try with your make-up. You may also want to buy some new make-up that will get you excited about using it.

First of al you need to get enough sleep so that you don't feel like staying in bed.Go to bed at least an hour or two earlier than normal.You can also try setting your alarm half an hour earlier than normal and hit the snooze button so it gives you a reminder ver regularly. I tried it and it worked.

everyone doesn't feel like getting up, when their alarm goes off, but I have found that when it does go off, get out of bed, have a cup of coffee or tea, take a shower, and get ready for your day, put some make-up on, you will feel better when you look at yourself and see how nice you look, when you feel good about yourself it will radiate to others and they will notice and let you know how nice you look.

i wud suggest that u change the time in ur alarm clock 10minutes faster, in dat way u'll get up earlier and if u still can't wake up on time bring a make-up kit to school and put make-ups in the bathroom when u enter school b4 class, how abt that. try it. Hope I helped.

The more deeply u r sleeping, the louder the sound it takes to wake you up. So crank up your alarm(the beep not the radio).Try moving to a place where you have to get out of bed to turn it off.Also,keep your blinds open so the sunlight can trigger your brain out of sleep mood. email me at hidden_beauty94@yahoo.com to let me know if this works!

if you want you could get up turn off alarm then turn on the bedroom light and try to keep your eyes awake then put on make up or also do whatever you got to do.

why do you feel bad about not putting on makeup? if you go out without makeup now you must be pretty enough all ready.

it always helps me if i have something to look forward to in the morning, like if you buy a really amazing breakfast food that will make u want to get up to eat.
i really love cold leftover hawaiian pizza or a bagel with cream cheese so that makes me wanna get up in the morning
