There is an inverse correlation to gun crime and gun control laws. Therefore, less legal gun ownership equals more crime. New York City's crime is only down because of all the extra law enforcement.

i dont know, but i am glad its at least leagally not allowed to buy an automatic weapon as a police officer. it cuts down on my chances of being in a gunfight against an automatic weapon.
