I want to get into Marketing what would be an entry level position?

I have a background in radio and television but I feel its time to switch gears and get a bit creative. What are some of the daily duties?

Your background in communications will serve you well in the Marketing field. Afterall, marketing is little more than communicating to potential customers. You could easily get started in the sales department or perhaps in corporate communications. As for the daily duties of Marketing, it will vary from company to company but expect the following: attending meetings and brainstorming ideas; conducting research in a variety of ways; working closely with those in the advertising industry; clearly interpreting ideas for written reports; and analysis of marketing efforts.
