Many drivers will no longer work. If the company does not have an upgrade at this time some of your hardware will no longer work.

Compatibility....there are several programs that are not yet compatible with Windows Vista. Windows Vista also has WMP11 which has problems with the codecs. For some reason Microsoft didnt feel it necessary to make WMP11 compatible with the old codecs...I am not sure why.

Furthermore....Every Windows Operating system has flaws. Windows 95 had the "ImanewOS" Flaw....Windows 98 had so many flaws that Windows 98SE Was released to fix some of those problems...Windows ME Nicknamed Windows ManyErrors...Windows 2000 they are up to SP4....Windows XP we are now up to SP2....history states that Microsoft Never gets it right the first time...Wait until a Service Pack is released to get it...and save yourself the headache.
