YES! Simon is a total jerk and evryone knows it. Including the people auditioning. Therefore, it is not that bad. People should not be sueing him, becuase they know wha they are getting into. They know!!! I mean, imagine it if Simon was like Paula. "Nice Job, But your notes ae a littl flat Sorry, but its a no." The ratings would be DOWN and nbody would watch the show as much!!!

No, Simon is realistic and funny. He's only telling them what the others are afraid to say.

The way he words his comments are a little harsh but if it wasnt for him how would the singers know if they are good or not and the show is about, who is the best singer and all!

If they are ridiculed because of their appearance, they don't need it. I think he takes it a step too far, its not constructive criticism, its bullying.
