Members of England's royalty may marry whomever they wish, but if they marry a Catholic, they forfeit succession to the British throne. This is due to the historic fact that when the Roman Catholic Mary Tudor, daughter of Henry VIII by Katherine of Aragon, ruled England, she brought one of the many historic Inquisitions into the British Isles, whereby British subjects were persecuted and put to death by the Roman Catholic Church. When the Anglican Church was traditionally founded by Mary's father, Henry VIII, it was in direct antithesis to the Roman Catholic Church's control over the rulers of England. After his reign, Mary's rule brought the Roman Catholic Church into power over British sovereignty once more. Because of her deeds, she became known as "Bloody Mary." The next ruler, Elizabeth I, Henry VIII's daughter by Anne Boleyn, banished Roman Catholic control from the court and adhered to Anglican counsel. It became law that because of its deeds in the past, the Roman Catholic Church should not ever have sovereignty over Great Britain.

Of course he can! But once he is married to a Catholic he would automatically be out of the running to ever succeed to the throne, and I think that would mean that he wouldn't be called "Prince" Henry any more.

Yes, unless he wants to keep his place in the line of succession. He is number 3, but unless William decides to abdicate when it's his turn or doesn't have any kids (which I believe he will) Harry will probably never live to see his turn.

He can do whatever he wants. However, if he marries a Catholic then he renounces any right he'd have to the throne.
