so do rich Republicans that support the war empty their bank accounts to support their beliefs? I'm sure the government would take the donation... and this would clearly go far beyond the taxes they pay in terms of amounts of money...

or are only liberals hypocrites when they don't fund what they talk about?

And Rich Republicans pay the majority of taxes in the US, most of which goes to pay for the Iraq war, so why should they pay more?

If we don't fund this war and win it, we will be hit so much harder than 911, we will look like a world wide Mogadishu (sp?). I wish people would look at reputible sources deeper than the far left view of abc, nbc, cbs. Come on people this is common sense, the extremists hate us, and if we never invaded iraq Sadam would be killing 10's of thousands annually just for his pleasure. ANd on top of that we would have been hit again. Bush has his problems, but we are in an awesome economy with record numbers and virtually no unemployment, inspite of the media bashing. WE have NOT been hit since 911 and the Dem's want to say that we are less safe? This is common sense stuff people wake up.

Better still why don't we keep the current tax system and let everyone designate how their tax dollars are spent. Programs without a lot of support would go belly up and programs people felt worth while would survive.
