why is it wrong to bribe people?
what kind of bribe am i talking about::
bribing a sister so she wont tell on MOM.

A philisophical question indeed, so you lucked out. There is no right or wrong answer. However, you must defend your answer. As long as no one stands to get hurt, bribery is not bad. Weigh the cost vs the benefits, such as guilt or otherwise.

Politicians made it bad, because of their greed for money and not caring about public service that they where voted into office for. Instead they do whatever they can (lie, make false promises) to get voted to office, just to accept bribes (money) from company's that have their own special interest to get political favors and cheat the system.

Bribes are morally bad, but if you finish your homework assignment... you can have some chocolate cake for desert.
