U R not the only one! It is damn near impossible! I am not being a racist, but why in the world do companies hire people to communicate with Americans and they do not speak english! And that really does piss me off, we press 1 for english and I never get a person who speaks english anymore and worse than that, they do not know what the hell I am saying! But if U press 2 for spanish U will get a spanish speaking person! Now what is wrong with this picture? The last time I had to call AT&T I had no choice after about 30 wasted minutes to ask please give me someone who speaks and understands english! It is my biggest pet peeve! Thanks I have had a bad night, now I feel better!

Telemarketing companies seem to be unable to hire someone who speaks proper English. Maybe foriegners work for cheaper.
