I meant, if is it honorable to others. Ghandi, Jfk, Mlk, or on the other hand Saddam, Mussolini, who has the honor?

It isn't clear whether your question is whether the assassin's victim dies honorably in spite of the fact that somebody murdered him, or whether you're asking whether the assassin who is killed by the police immediately after assassinating his victim dies honorably just by virtue of dying.

There's no reason why the victim's honor should ever be questioned under such circumstances. To be assassinated for no good reason cannot be dishonorable.

Similarly, there's no reason why the assassin's dishonor should be absolved when the assassin himself is killed by the police immediately after murdering his victim. His dishonor remains undiminished.

I wouldn't say honorable, but usually people who are assasinated are people who stand for worthy causes opposed by others for example Dr King, John F Kennedy, President Lincoln. I never really heard of a criminal being assasinated.

The only way to find out if the person assassinated thinks it was honorable would be to ask them...whoops, can't do that.
If you're asking me, then the answer is no. Assassins are back shooters and cowards.

IF YOU WISH TO JUDGE A MAN OR HONOR HIM IN DEATH DO NOT FOCUS ON HOW HE DIED BUT RATHER HOW HE LIVED!!
