both are gay capitals, but the US drug policy are much tighter than Canada. I just wonder it would be the same or not.

Well, I'm not gay but I have some gay friends that visit SF from Denver and they say that the gays in SF do tons of drugs and get drunk a lot too.

I've lived in Toronto. Are you saying the whole city is toked up? (Oh mabye you just mean the gay community there?)
I'm sure that San Francisco has its share of doped up gays, like anywhere. San Fran is supposed to have more gays so, I guess it will have more doped up gays too. (Stands to reason.)

I am sure you have down your homework. Toronto has the same problems as any large metropolitan city, sexual communities mean nothing.
