There might be one that is actually real, but they usually involve you getting like 25 other people to sign up for a pyramid scheme, where you may or may not actually get the product you wanted some six months later.

Some are, you have to subscribe to two or more of their partner offers then they will send you one, and the two offers DO Cost Money, long story short - - - - Go out and by yourself one, less headaches...Good Luck
