Try a Latin Term;
i.e.
Bona Vacantia Denotes the absence of any known person entitled to the estate of a deceased person
nota bene(NOH-tuh BAY-nay) Literally, “note well.” Usually abbreviated ‘n.b.’, this is a way of saying, “take note of this.”
vini, vedi, vinci - i came, i saw, I conquered
ventulus: breeze, soft wind
mortalitas: the state of being mortal; death, a dying
singultus: sobbing, gasping, death rattle
metuo: to fear, dread, be frightened..
