Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. They make final decision around 4AM. If it is still snowing at that time then normally yes. If not you better do your homework.

If it comes anywhere near morning drivetime then YES.
They just closed schools the other day for 2" of the fluffiest snow I've ever seen.
