If you can afford the fat, sure. I still think they can make it fat-free if they really want to. But anyway, I either add cinnamon, pancake syrup or dried apples sometimes (but that's sort-of sugar overload).

ya i git really freaky with my valuetime oatmeal by adding water a couple times i almost puked but just tell yourself its good for you then its not that hard to swallow git a bigger spoon mmmmm
