They might still have won 6 but they wouldn't have been as good as Scottie filled more of that particular teams needs mainly his ability to defend multiple positions and take his supporting role seriously
Kobe might have tried to compete with Jordan over who was the "man"
still a lot of talent on the teams and it might have still been enough

I'm a big Laker fan and a big KB24 fan, but honestly, there are some factors as to why I think they might not have won all 6 Championships.
1) They were both to good to be that good! What I mean by this is that either one would of had to play the role of a leader. Both have leadership skills, there would be a crash in leadership. Just how it happened with the Kobe/Shaq incident.
2) Similarities. What I meen by this, they both play just about the same style of basketball. They both were selffish when they need(ed) to, they were both passers, they were just good on everything. Too good that if you put both in a game, they would get confussed as to who play what role. Just watch an All-Star game and you'll know what I mean. Every one is good, and that's why know one can decide who does what.
3) They were both point guards. You can only have one point guard at a time, not that you can't but it's not typical to put two point guards in a line up, specially knowing Phil Jackson.
I'm not saying they couldn't of, but it would be like having two captains in a boat. And having two captains in a boat could sometimes be desastrous.

in some cases theyd win more
in some cases theyd lose probably 3 of their 6 championships
if kobe were to fill in as a 6th man no doubt theyd win more than 6 championships
if micheal stepped down as a scorer to a passer theyd win probably the whole decade or would be impossible to stop
theyd lose 3 of their 6 rings if they both played as leaders the whole way
leadership is good
but you can only have one leader
it would be nice in the final seconds of a clutch game to have both of them out there.. but who would take the shot?
it kind of back fires at you when you think of it
