remember back in the day where every match was extreme rules...they lit tables on fire...they used barb wire...they did moonsaults of building ledges...those were the days...
what about u guys? what did u guys like about the old ECW and how it operated?

The days when you could see Rey Mysterio do a hurracanrana off of a car onto Psychosis, or Tommy Dreamer give Raven a DDT into a blueberry pie. I loved that old Philly-based show. If I could make just one suggestion, that would be to get rid of the lighting, pyro, hell, even the HD cameras, and get back to basics. Because that's why they had to have the best interviews and matches, to compromise. But sadly, that was when Paul Heyman had power, and now the captains of the ship are Fit Finlay, Dusty Rhodes, and Arn Anderson. Nothing against them, but they're the reason Eastern Championship Wrestling got extreme in the first place, to AVOID those very guys.

ah Ecw, Back then ecw was a different brand of wrestling where it was everything goes all of the time. The music was the best with Mettalica and Acdc. Now you`re getting a watered down version of ecw with no music.

I don't remember it, but was every match really no holds barred?
Either way, I doubt it's gonna be as good now since Vince owns it. Vince is about WWE, not ECW, so he'll probably tone the wild old style down a little and make it more WWE style.

I loved being third row at a November to Remember in Chicago Illinois, and being able to interact with the wrestlers, and not just boo and cheer, but actually talk to them and they would listen and react accordingly. Oh man, you really felt like you were part of the show.

i do the old one was really hardcore they even used items the crowd bought in Paul heyman can really bring out ecw to its peak and it basically would be the most hardcore wresting show right now TNA is more hardcore than ECW but its all TNA right now
