I generally eat a banana or apple before the workout. the sugar they contain adds quick energy, while the fact that they are a food source means your body is fooled into metabolizing fat reserves when the energy provided by the fruit runs out. (without the food, your body would selfishly try to concerve the energy)

Sleep, Breakfast Lots of water or gatorade pepsi, excirse Laughter , friends , beign around people that have fun .

I have a lot of natural energy. There is a drink i like called XS it has no sugar or caffeine just lots of vitamin-B's.
