When mailing a first class letter using Certificate of Mailing, do I receive a stub to track and confirm?

I normally use delivery confirmation or certified mail and both provide me with a stub to track and confirm when the my item was received. Is this also provided when using Certificate of Mailing? Thanks

p.s. I posted this question on usps but it can sometimes take them 3 days to respong.

If I'm not mistaken yes you get a tracking ticket.
