A leader is someone who sets the example for others to follow. A Leader is someone who never asks for others to give more than he/she himself is willing to give. A leader is someone who shares the glory of victory and takes the lions share of responsibility for defeat.

Many of the visionaries, of today, remain hidden as they would not withstand the scrutiny of the press. Sorry to say but many of the leaders and visionaries of yesteryear would never have been given the opportunity to lead had their personal lives been placed under a microscope as those today are.

I think many of the people of today who would make great leaders stay out of the spot light to protect their families from the intrusive media.

Bravo. Leadership is the ability to inspire and raise the people around you to achieve heights that they normally wouldn't. Leaders lead through actions. Integrity, moral character to do the right thing especially when no one is watching and honesty. Compassion for the lesser among our society, fairness to all.

Leadership means never having someone like Bush in power. He is not a leader, never was, never will be. He is the DIVIDER.

Leadership is essentially the ability to inspire and motivate others to follow you. Moral leadership is the willingness to do what is fair, just, right, and good even if it is unpopular and inspire others to follow your lead.
