Both. The colts ARE a cult. They had no fans until they got into the superbowl. Now every average Joe Schmo is saying "Yeah, Colts! I knew we'd win the big one!" as if he were a fan, even if he had no affiliation to the Colts at all before the Chargers got eliminated.
