Don't let it bother you. There are lots of people here who are terrific spellers. I agree with one of the other answers. The bad spellers are most likely young school boys who take prankly (I made that word up) pleasure in trying to rile us up and the others probably non English speaking people who have trouble with our language and usually spell a word the way it sounds. I do agree with you. It can hurt the eyes but what bothers me even more is the insipid nature of some of the questions themselves.

i so agree. i made the same comment as you and got bashed because apparently the slang used online is supposed to be the "cool" way to communicate. i believe the kids just can't spell or type. you can always tell the age/maturity level of a person by how they ask and answer.

There are people on here from all around the world. They may not be able to write and spell in this language as apposed to their own.

You are absolutely right. I can't stand it either. I think parents need to monitor their third graders or something, because that's the level some people are spelling at.

No its not you. I agree w/ you 100% The spelling on here is very poor but you must understand their is many young people on here. Hence poor spelling and / or silly questions.

It's mostly the youngsters, with their new way of talking, they think it's cool - I think it's annoying.
