After been trapped and caught having sex with wife's female friend in our bedroom, husband feels shameful and regret to hurt wife, what should husband do to make family come back to normal , happy life, happy relationship.., please rescue husband's spirit..

There are many definitions for cheating, having sex with wife's friend - as a dirty whore in your marriage bedroom- whom wife can trust, some men consider penetration as the ultimate form of cheating, is cheating, cheating. You were discounting your wife's feeling, integrity.. Your wife obviously loves you and do not want a divorce, but how is your conscience, not easy for you to win back wife's trust, I disgust the picture you describe, and your soul will wander in the hell.. How serious you are and what you intend to do to return to your normal life, and your wife should learn new skills on how to deal with you if you continue to treat your wife with the same disregard in the future

It may take her many years before she will trust you again & you should understand that
Ring her often when you are away from home to reasure her you are not missbehaving
WELL you caused it all so you have to be prepared to fix it
Treat her very well & loving & do things for her around the house!!
You should think with your brain & not let other parts of your body
make you do stupid things
you would have had the same result if you just slept with your wife & no guilt to boot

Unfortunately, there are some things that you do in life that you can't ever take back. The best thing to do now is accept responsibility for what you've done and pay whatever consequences your wife feels you owe her. In short you will need to do WHATEVER IT TAKES. It will be a long road, up hill, full of pot holes.
In the meantime, express to her, whatever way you can, that you are sorry. Maybe write her letter expressing your grief and sorrow and let her know you are willing to do what it takes to undo her heartache.

Seek counseling and help for you and the marriage. She is very hurt by what you have done and will need time to heal and to forgive you for what you have done. If you really love her you will give her that time and understand why she needs it. You cannot make it better until you show that you can be trusted again. You have broken the trust and it will take along time to rebuild that trust.

husband has much to do to regain wife's trust, only he can do it. he needs to show alot of remorse, promise and mean it that his affair is over, show he has changed by his actions. know that she will not forgive him over night, and there must be an apology where he acknowledges what he did to her hurt her and how he will never do it again, because he loves her. also pray ask forgiveness not only from your wife but from the lord, ask him to help u in your marriage, but u have to have patience and wait. also therapy could do wonders.

Make sure you are sincere. Gush all over her, make her feel good about her self. Compliments and small gifts work great. There are never enough "I'm Sorry's" It is gonna be very tough for you, but if you mean it, you will get through it. Just constant affection and compliments.

you dont deserve an easy rescue! you better be ready for a looong haul of proving yourself! first off...if she is willing....get some marriage counciling NOW! trust takes a looong time to reestablish. so be prepared.

Um, let her do all the talking and just agree with her,,, it will be tough going for a few days if not weeks, but she'll get over it...
Don't buy her anything,,,, she will get insulted... just act like a stupid puppy and she will come around...
